1. The service
FaucetNode provides one account for supported faucet and crypto-related services. Current functionality includes internal balances for supported assets, blockchain deposit addresses, external Send functionality where enabled, a USD-denominated Rewards Balance, Earn activities, EXP/Levels, faucet discovery, and tools that let approved faucet owners fund balances and create FaucetNode payouts or customer-payment flows.
FaucetNode is not a bank account. Rewards Balance is an internal accounting balance and is not a fiat bank deposit, stored-value card or USD withdrawal account.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information, maintain control of your email address and credentials, and protect your password, security codes and active sessions. One-person/one-account and anti-abuse controls may be enforced where configured. You may not sell, transfer, share or automate access to another person's account.
We may restrict, suspend or close access when reasonably necessary to protect users, funds, integrations or the platform, including for abuse, fraud, credential compromise, sanctions/compliance concerns, duplicate-account abuse or attempts to bypass service limits.
3. Supported crypto balances, deposits and sends
FaucetNode currently supports BTC, LTC, DOGE and USDT TRC-20 account balances; feature availability can differ by asset. Deposits are credited only after the applicable blockchain and confirmation/minimum-deposit rules are satisfied. Blockchain addresses and transaction identifiers are public by nature.
Network transactions are irreversible once broadcast and confirmed. You are responsible for selecting the correct asset, network and destination address. Minimums, service fees, confirmation requirements and Send availability shown by FaucetNode at the time of an action form part of that action.
USDT TRC-20 Send or consolidation functionality may be unavailable even while receiving or balance display remains available. A visible balance does not guarantee every transfer method is enabled.
4. Rewards Balance, Earn, Levels and EXP
Earn methods credit Rewards Balance in USD units according to the rules displayed for each method. Rewards Balance is separate from crypto wallet balances and cannot receive blockchain deposits, direct Sends or user-to-user transfers. When redemption is available and the configured minimum is met, eligible Rewards Balance can be converted internally into BTC, LTC or DOGE using the quote, fee and reserve rules shown before acceptance.
EXP and Levels are progression features only: EXP has no cash or crypto value, is not transferable and cannot be withdrawn. A level change may create a separate Rewards Balance credit when level-up rewards are enabled. Reward, multiplier, EXP and eligibility settings may change prospectively; completed ledger entries are not silently rewritten.
5. Faucet owners and integrations
Faucet owners are responsible for the websites, offers, content, reward claims and end-user representations they publish. FaucetNode may require domain ownership verification before a listing or integration becomes trusted. API credentials, webhook secrets and integration keys must be stored securely and may not be exposed publicly.
A faucet's available FaucetNode balance limits the payouts or payment operations it can fund. Public directory statistics are informational and may use verified FaucetNode observations, favorites, visits, health checks and production payout history. They are not a guarantee that a third-party faucet will pay a future claim.
6. Third-party services and external faucets
FaucetNode uses external infrastructure where needed, including blockchain data/providers, market-price sources and analytics/security services. External faucet websites are operated by their respective owners. When you leave FaucetNode, the third party's own terms, privacy practices and availability apply.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use FaucetNode to commit fraud, steal credentials, launder or disguise unlawful proceeds, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with service availability, falsify faucet ownership, manipulate rewards/favorites/traffic, evade account restrictions, submit malicious payloads, abuse APIs or webhooks, or violate applicable law. Automated access is permitted only through interfaces explicitly provided for that purpose and within published limits.
8. Availability, maintenance and changes
Blockchain networks, price feeds, email delivery and other dependencies can be delayed or unavailable. FaucetNode may pause a feature, asset, Earn method, redemption, Send, integration or public listing for maintenance, security or risk reasons. Where practical, material incidents are published on the Status page.
9. Responsibility and risk
Crypto assets and exchange rates can be volatile. You are responsible for understanding network and market risk before using crypto features. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FaucetNode is not responsible for losses caused solely by an external blockchain, an incorrect address supplied by you, a third-party faucet, compromised credentials outside our control, or events that cannot reasonably be prevented. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, law or risk controls change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through the site or account notices. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
11. Contact and applicable law
These Terms are subject to applicable law, including mandatory consumer and data-protection rules that cannot be waived by contract. Questions about these Terms or the service can be sent to info@faucetnode.com.
