Effective 15 August 2026 · This Policy explains the data used to operate and protect FaucetNode.

1. Data we process

Account data: username, email address, email-verification state, password hash and account status. Depending on features you enable, FaucetNode also stores security preferences, anti-phishing phrase, two-factor authentication state and notification/preferences data.

Security and technical data: IP addresses or protected IP identifiers, user agent/browser information, login/session records, security and audit events, rate-limit/anti-abuse information and network/location intelligence derived from IP data where enabled.

Wallet and transaction data: assigned deposit addresses, supported asset balances, deposit/send records, confirmation status, fees, internal immutable ledger references, external wallet destinations you submit and public blockchain transaction identifiers.

Rewards and progression: Rewards Balance ledger entries, reward events, redemption quotes/results, EXP movements, levels, streaks, affiliate/referral relationships and the source of eligible Earn activity.

Faucet-owner data: public profile/listing details, domains, domain-verification state, supported assets/languages, faucet balances, API credential metadata, payout/payment records, webhook configuration and operational/audit logs. Secrets are handled separately from public listing information.

2. Why we use the data

We process this information to create and authenticate accounts; provide deposit, balance, Send, Rewards, Earn, Level, referral and faucet-owner features; calculate fees and eligibility; prevent duplicate/fraudulent use; keep immutable financial/audit records; troubleshoot incidents; send transactional/security email; operate public faucet discovery; and improve service reliability.

Where required by applicable law, the legal basis may include performance of the service contract, legitimate interests in security/fraud prevention and service operation, consent for optional technologies, and compliance with legal obligations.

3. Public blockchain data

Public blockchains are external, append-only networks. Deposit addresses, destination addresses and transaction IDs can become permanently public on the relevant network. FaucetNode cannot erase or modify information that has already been independently recorded on a blockchain.

4. Service providers and data sources

FaucetNode currently uses third-party services where needed to operate the platform. These include NOWNodes for blockchain-node access, Binance and Bybit market data used by the price-oracle system, IPinfo for IP/network intelligence when enabled, Google Analytics and Histats for site analytics, and email/network infrastructure needed to deliver account messages. Each provider processes data according to its own role and terms.

We aim to send a provider only the data needed for the relevant function. For example, blockchain queries necessarily involve public network data, while analytics services may receive browser/device and usage information.

5. Cookies, sessions and analytics

FaucetNode uses essential session/security storage to keep you signed in, protect CSRF-sensitive actions and remember necessary account state. Optional or measurement technologies may also be used for audience and usage analytics. The current site integrates Google Analytics and Histats. Blocking optional browser tracking may reduce analytics visibility but should not be used as a substitute for disabling essential authentication/security storage.

6. When data is shared

We do not sell personal data to advertisers. Data may be disclosed to service providers acting for the purposes described above; to a faucet owner only where an integration action requires information appropriate to that owner-facing transaction; or to authorities/other parties when disclosure is legally required or reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform or legal rights.

Public faucet profiles intentionally expose the fields marked for public listing, such as faucet name/domain, public owner identity, description, supported assets/languages, verification/health indicators, aggregate favorites/traffic and qualifying public payout metrics. Private account secrets are not part of the public directory.

7. Retention

Account and preference data is retained while your account is active and as needed afterward for security, dispute prevention or legal obligations. Financial, Rewards, wallet, payout and audit ledgers may need longer retention because they preserve transaction integrity, reversals and anti-fraud evidence. Short-lived session, rate-limit, provider-health and operational logs may use shorter retention periods configured by the platform.

8. Security

FaucetNode uses password hashing, secure sessions, CSRF protection, prepared database operations, audit trails, idempotency controls for financial operations and restricted administrative access. Sensitive operations may require email verification, security PIN/2FA or additional risk checks. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use a unique password and keep your email/security devices protected.

9. Your privacy choices and rights

Your Account area includes privacy, session, notification and preference controls, including balance-visibility options where available. You may also request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal data, or object/restrict processing where applicable. Some records cannot be deleted immediately when retention is required for security, financial integrity, legal obligations or because the data is already on a public blockchain.

To make a privacy request, contact us from the email address associated with your account so we can verify the request without exposing account data to another person.

10. Contact

Privacy questions and requests can be sent to info@faucetnode.com. If applicable law gives you the right to complain to a data-protection authority, that right remains unaffected by this Policy.
